CAPITOL TAXIS LIMITED is a taxi company Registered in England & Wales (Reg #08353715) Licenced by Transport for London Taxi & Private Hire Operator.

CONTRACT

Booking constitutes with CAPITOL TAXIS LIMITED an offer by you (passenger) to purchase Services in accordance with these Terms. A Booking shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we send confirmation of the Booking via email, on which date and time a contract for the of those services to which the Booking relates shall come into existence. The Passenger, in each case, is deemed to have accepted the Terms when making use of the Passenger Services. Each Booking constitutes a Contract between CAPITOL TAXIS LIMITED (as principal), the Passenger.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND

Cancellation before 12 hours of pick time 5% transaction charges will be applied and remaining amount will be refunded within 2 to 3 working days.

Cancellation less than 12 hours will not be refundable of pickup time.( In case of flight cancellation on the provision of evidence the amount will be refunded even cancellation is made within 12 hours)

PRICE

We worked on fixed fare basis once the journey is booked the price will remain same in all conditions.

BABY SEAT

According to UK Government child/Infant are allowed to travel without Child/Infant Car seat in Taxi and Private Hire vehicles.

VEHICLE TYPE

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they order the correct type of vehicle in order to carry the numbers of passengers and luggage. Vehicle types can be found on our vehicles www.capitoltaxisnewport.co.uk/fleet. In rare cases if the Company sent the vehicle which was not ordered than the Company will refund the differential amount to customer if the journey is taken by customer comfortably.

LOST PROPERTY

If any property is found in a Passenger Vehicle, we will inform the passenger immediately to arrange the return. If we are not able to contact customer through all available means. We will store this for 28 days.
